I had to make multiple calls just to get assistance. Communication wasn't great with the Japanese responses, but had to wait until someone spoke English. It left me on edge, wondering if I'd be stuck outside for the night. A shoe rack in the hallway would enhance the space and make it tidier. Overall, while the amenities and location were excellent, the keypad issue needs urgent attention for a smoother experience.
